Darren John Dutchyshen, the popular sportscaster was born on 19th December 1966 in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. He spent most of his childhood in Northeastern town of Porcupine Plain. He is professionally a sports Broadcaster. He was presently working as a sportscaster in TSN, Sports Centre.

Darren Dutchyshen Kate Beirness pursued his education from Saskatoon located Western Academy Broadcasting College (WABC). He began his career as a Canadian broadcaster back in 90’s as a sportscaster in STV Saskatoon. He thereafter moved to IMTV at Dauphin, Manitoba. Later shifted to Edmonton hosting the Sports Night at ITV. Darren continued with TSN in 1995.

He is known for hosting SportsDesk and the Canadian Football League (CFL) for the TSN. He also covered the TSN’s Olympic Prime Time during 2010 winter Olympics and 2012 Summer Olympics. He was known to be a broadcasting legend for his impressive work.

Darren Dutchyshen was married to Candice Dutchyshen. She was born in Porcupine Plain, Canada. The couple has three children together including Paige, Tyler and Brett. In the mid 2021, he announced his Illness that he was suffering with prostate cancer in the Sports Centre show.
